Jenny Wu, DVM
Dr. Wu did her clinical rotations at LSU. She is a founding member and board member of the local veterinary association as well as a delegate to the state veterinary association, the California Veterinary Medical Association. She has a cat Coconut and two dogs Lilo and Kobe.

Dr. Jennifer Wang
- Education: Graduated form UC Berkeley with a BA in Anthropology and Integrative Biology. Graduated from Ross University, School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007, clinical year at University of Wisconsin, Madison. Internship and Residency at VCA Encina Veterinary Medical Center.
- Professional Interests: Gastrointestinal disease, renal and liver disease.
- Personal Interests: Hiking, mountain biking, cooking, and exploring the world.

Veterinary medicine is a field that has always interested me. Even though it can be very challenging and complex, the ultimate reward is the satisfaction of helping the animals as well as their people.
Dr. Justin Uhl, DVM, MS, DACVS-SA
Dr. Justin Uhl graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis in 2002. He went on to complete a Master’s Degree in comparative pathology with emphasis in bone biomechanics in 2008 and completed his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree in 2010.
After graduating from veterinary school, Dr. Uhl pursued a rotating internship followed by a surgery residency at the University of Minnesota. During his residency he served for two years as chief resident and sat on the medical review board at the hospital. He finished his residency in July of 2014 and worked in private practice in Sacramento before starting Summit Veterinary Surgery Service in May of 2018. Dr. Uhl is trained in orthopedic, neurologic, soft tissue and minimally invasive procedures.
Dr. Justin Uhl has multiple publications in bone plate research, bladder stone trends, temporal lobe epilepsy and osteosarcoma chemotherapy. He has also done research in the areas of interlocking nails and cranial cruciate ligament disease. He has spoken at many continuing education events and is a reviewer for the Veterinary Surgery journal and the Journal of the American Animal Hospital Association. He sits on the ACVS continuing education committee. He is a member of the Veterinary Orthopedic Society and Veterinary Society of Surgical Onocology.
When not in the hospital Dr. Uhl enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and daughters Haley and Madison. He also enjoys spending time running, biking, and swimming and has three dogs and one cat at home.
Dr. Carolyn Foster
Dr. Foster graduated in 2008 from Western University of Health Sciences. Her interests include small animals and some exotics. Dr. Foster enjoys being a general practitioner because of the diverse cases, you get to see a little of everything. Dr. Foster has lived in the area since 1990 and has a son and daughter which keep her busy when not working. Pets in the Foster family include Mr. Bends, a cat, and Gumball the guinea pig.
A native of Stockton, Julie graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Carrington. On her free time she loves to spend time with her dogs Brie and Bella and her two cats Bonkers and Cali. She has also volunteered at the local animal shelters and vaccine clinics.
Justine has been a tech at family pet hospital since 2009. She grew up in stockton and graduated from Stagg High School. She is married with an adorable son and she loves cats and marvel characters.
My name is Michelle, I am married and have a cat named Bella. I have worked at family Pet Hospital since 2007. I have really enjoyed being a part of this veterinary family and helping every fur baby that comes in to our hospital.

When Liv was younger, she had a passion of working with animals after taking every stray animal home. After she graduated High School in 2013, Liv received her certificate as a Veterinary technician, and startedworking at a hospital in town where she received more hands on training. For the past 3- to 4 years, Liv has worked as an Emergency Technician. At home her and husband and toddler have 2 fur babies, Minnie and Terrier and Pit Bull mix as well as a Domestic Medium Hair named Jean. Liv started at Family Pet Hospital in February of 2020, and looks forward to many years here.
